This Privacy Policy describes how H-TEC Education ("H-TEC Education", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from h-tec-education.com (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you place an order, create an account, request a quote, submit a purchase order, sign up for emails, or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details, such as your name, school or organization, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number;
• Order information, such as the products you purchase, purchase order numbers, tax-exempt documentation, and shipping preferences;
• Account information, such as your login details and order history;
• Communications you send us, such as messages through our Contact form, product reviews, and support requests.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processors. Your full card number is entered on their secure checkout and is not stored by H-TEC Education.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising partners.

Our E-commerce Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the online store platform that lets us sell our products to you, and it processes your personal information on our behalf to operate the Site, take payments, and fulfill orders. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders, including payment, shipping, invoicing, purchase orders, and tax-exemption handling;
• To communicate with you about your order, account, quotes, and support requests;

• To detect and prevent fraud and other misuse;

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as maintaining order records for tax and accounting purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Our products are used in schools, but the Site is intended for teachers, parents, schools, and other adult purchasers.
