Delivery Information

The typical lead time for most of our products is one to several business days.  However, lead times will vary depending on the time and date of order. You can also speak with one of our sales associates for the most up to date lead times for products at sales@myhtec.com.

USA Domestic Shipments

If you are located in the USA please see the map below for estimated delivery times via UPS Ground.  For example if you are located in Northern California it will take four business days for your package to arrive if shipped via UPS Ground.  Alternative shipping options include: UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

International Shipments

We ship our renewable energy kits to every country around the world on a daily basis!  We have plenty of experience with shipping internationally and our website is designed to take any international order.  For international shipments, delivery time is dependent on your location and shipping method. Generally, the delivery lead times are as follows:

• UPS Expedited: 3 - 5 business days
• UPS Express Saver: 2 - 3 business days
• UPS Express: 2 - 3 business days

Countries We Cannot Ship To

Although we ship everywhere there are some countries that we cannot ship to due to USA sanctions/laws preventing us from doing so.  Please see the map and list of countries below for the current USA Sanctioned no-ship countries:
