Purchase Orders

At H-TEC Education we work with educational institutions and companies all around the world so we understand that paying by credit card is not always an option. For that reason we gladly accept purchase orders from most major educational institutes, universities, independent school districts, and companies. Our general payment terms are Net 30.

A copy of the purchase order must be emailed to us at sales@myhtec.com or faxed to us at (979) 314-1122. If this is the first order billed to your school or organization and you are located in Texas, include proof of tax-exempt status if applicable.

Please include a H-TEC Education quote if it is applicable to your purchase order. If you need a quotation please email us at sales@myhtec.com with your contact information, shipping address, products needed and quantity.

ARE YOU TAX EXEMPT?
H-TEC Education is located in Texas, meaning we only collect tax from orders being shipped to a Texas address. If you are shipping to a Texas address and are tax exempt please make an account on our website and than contact us at sales@myhtec.com or fill out our contact form. After doing so we will change your online account to tax exempt and you will no longer be charged sales tax on our store website. Please make sure to provide your tax exemption paperwork or number when contacting us.
